So it is officially the first day of June. Not that this is significant in an adults life, but if we were back in elementary school, this would mean freedom! Endless days of doing whatever! Wow, why did we have to grow up?! I know why. It is so that we can experience many wonders unimaginable. As a child, we can't fully comprehend how to love someone so incredibly much, you would do anything for them. To be able to marry someone so special and wonderful beyond our expectations.
As a child, we don't understand the joys of owning your own home. Sure, your parents might own the home you live in, but we don't understand the sacrifices or know the real appreciation of such a great achievement. But we do once we experience ourselves.
As a child, we don't know what it's like to experience the up's and down's of having a child. All the emotions that are experienced cannot be fully comprehended. Joy, sadness, fear, anger, anticipation, doubt...
Yes, sometimes I wish I could be a child so that I can spend my days swimming or playing with friends. But as I understand what adulthood brings, I wouldn't want to go back. I love my wonderful husband that means more than everything to me. I love our new home and that it's our very own. I love that I have the great honor to have this baby and that I'm special enough that Heavenly Father would trust me to tend to this particular spirit. Now THAT, that is an amazing feeling that no child could ever feel.

Just wanted to update everyone on life as of right now.
Our townhome is almost finished! We went on Tuesday to do a walk through to make sure there weren't any major problems. They still need to do a few things (put in the bars in the closets, door stoppers, knobs, etc.) but it shouldn't take them too long. If we want, we will probably be able to move in sooner! We just aren't sure if we'll be able to because Kyle has been way crazy busy with work (Prom season!) and we have finals this coming week. It will be so nice to finish up another semester! Once we get finals out of the way, we'll be able to pack like crazy. We just can't believe that it's almost time for us to close! I would be lying if I said it has gone by quickly, but at the same time I can't believe how close it is! I hope I can get some pictures of our place soon and then I'll post them!

I've been waiting to write a new blog until I took some pictures but one of two things has happened: 1-My camera died and 2-I'm just too excited to hold it in anymore!...We bought a house!!! Well, kind of. We have a contract and have been pre-qualified for a loan. We wont close until May 6th but everything is working out very well. It is a townhome in Provo, in the PERfect location. It is three stories and about 2,000 square feet. The basement is unfinished but that's alright since it's just the two of us and it will be great for storage. The main floor has a formal living room, kitchen, dining area, half bathroom, and a family room. Upstairs has a master bedroom with a walk in closet and it's own bathroom. Then there are two other bedrooms, another bathroom, and the laundry room. It is newly constructed so we get to pick out colors and flooring and such. We are so incredibly excited to have a place of our own! I'll try and post pictures as it develops!

Last Six Months
I think I have lost the magic of blogging; sad, but true. I forget that we have this until I notice someones blog and that reminds me that we have one as well. Then I feel bad for about thirty seconds but then realize that I can count on one hand our followers so it's not a big deal. Kyle and I did very well this past semester. Kyle received a 3.8 GPA and I wasn't too far behind with a 3.7 GPA. Kyle has officially completed his generals and we estimate that he'll receive his Bachelor's Degree by the end of the Fall 2010 semester. As for me, well, I'm going to school so that's saying something.
Hmmm, what else is new...Not that this is something to announce but I am officially fourteen(years) again. Confused? Well I decided to get braces again and since I already look like I'm not a day older than seventeen, the braces make me look much younger. I'm re-living my jr. high years. At least my hair looks better now than it did then.
My cousin Niki got married in September...We had a fabulous December holiday month...My family moved back from California...I realize more and more every day what a wonderful husband I have.
New years resolution: I will TRY and do better on here.
P.S. Picture(s) to come.
